Shipping Policy for GlassnFire (United States Orders)
This shipping policy ensures that you are aware of our shipping procedures. By ordering from this store, you accept the policies contained herein.
A. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
- Transit Time: Generally, shipments are in transit for 7–14 days (Monday to Friday). This includes the time for bulk shipping from Mexico to Fort Collins, Colorado, and individual USPS delivery to your address.
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders must be placed by 7:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (Denver) to be included in the next available Wednesday shipment.
- Order Handling Time: We process orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) before including them in our weekly shipment.
C. DELIVERY TERMS
We use USPS and UPS to deliver orders from Fort Collins, Colorado, to your final destination in the United States.
D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once an order is in transit. If you need to change your delivery address, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@glassnfire.com or call us at +1 970-632-8702.
E. CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before your order is shipped, you may cancel your order at any time. Cancellations are no longer possible once the order has been dispatched to our fulfillment partner. For more details, refer to our refund policy.
F. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
- If you receive a parcel that is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service immediately.
- If the parcel has been delivered without your presence and is found damaged, please contact us at info@glassnfire.com with photos and details of the damage for assistance with the next steps.
