At Glassnfire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of unused or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
Returned merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags. Please securely pack the item(s) to be returned in the original shipping box, or a sturdy alternative, and include the RA number on the outside of the box.
Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or was shipped in error.
